> 1.
Vinyl Production:
> Vinyl graphic artwork is received from the Design Department and needs to be converted to printable format.
Vinyl production takes the artwork file and either digitally prints it or cuts it from stock colors.
Digitally printed vinyl then needs to be laminated and prepared for application.
Cut vinyl needs to be weeded and masked to be ready for application.
> 2.
Vinyl Application:
> Vinyl application involves applying vinyl to various surfaces and substrates.
Substrate surfaces include, but are not limited to, aluminum, glass and acrylic.
> The right applicant must have good computer skills, visual graphics manipulation skills, knows how to use a measuring tape and able to read drawings.
The work is light duty and requires fine motor skills.
Work will be mostly in the shop but occasional field work will be required as well.
