RESPONSIBILITIES Assist our internal departments' staff with all service calls, as well as manage the overall upkeep of our commercial facilities.
Complete all assigned work orders efficiently and to Resort standards.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and Refrigeration equipment to ensure longevity and proper usage.
Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
Perform light plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs.
Must have an eye for detail in the trade with focus on refrigeration and HVAC trouble shooting Must possess good organizational and communication skills.
Uphold the core values, and policies and procedures of the resort.
All other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS Mostly daytime shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Excellent work references required.
High School diploma, or equivalent GED, required.
Minimum 18 years of age due to type of equipment used and general work environment.
Minimum of three or more years of refrigeration maintenance experience highly preferred.
Must be able to handle confidential information.
Must work both independently and in a team environment.
Good to Excellentcommunication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Must be able to pass a background check.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be in good physical condition and have the ability to move / lift various objects throughout shift.
Must be comfortable climbing and working on ladders ranging from 6' to 20' heights.
Must be able to stand for a majority of the shift while reaching, bending and stooping frequently.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds across short-medium distance.
Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements.
Must be able to work in all-weather elements and heights.
