Responsibilities:
- Perform various landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns - Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees - Assist with landscape construction projects including building retaining walls, pathways, and outdoor structures - Operate power tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and chainsaws - Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition - Provide general garden care including weeding, watering, and fertilizing plants - Dig trenches for irrigation systems or other landscaping installations - Assist with tree care tasks such as pruning and tree removal Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred - Knowledge of power tools and equipment used in landscaping - Mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and digging - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
