Events include weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate, and other special events.
You will be responsible for helping oversee the operations of the vessel before, during and after events.
The Carolina Girl is a local, family-owned business.
We are looking for the ideal candidate to become a part of our team.
Working events on a private yacht in the middle of the Charleston waterways is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Arrive up to 2 hours prior to events and stay 1 hour after events for clean up Assist in cleaning the yacht before and after events Greet guests upon boarding Run dock lines Maintain proper cleaning of vessel throughout the event Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers on board
Qualifications:
100-ton license a plus, but not required Previous experience as a mate or deckhand on a yacht or similar vessel Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures General electrical, plumbing, mechanical knowledge of the operations of a vessel Outgoing and personable to communicate with clients and vendors Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed Job Types:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
